THE GROWING CONTRADICTIONS IN THE WORLD TODAY AND THE URGENT NEED (1) FOR COMMUNIST RECONSTRUCTION; AND (2) FOR THE BUILDING OF A UNITED FRONT AGAINST FASCISM AND WAR

THE GROWING CONTRADICTIONS IN THE WORLD TODAY:

-1-Contradictions between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie;

-2-Contradictions between imperialist powers, and between rival blocs of imperialist powers;

-3-Contradictions in multinational countries between the dominant nation and the oppressed nations of the country (Example: First Nations in Canada, etc.);

-4-Contradiction between the colonialist and neo-colonialist imperialist powers and the colonies and the neo-colonies (Palestine, etc.);

THE RACE FOR THE MAXIMUM PROFIT:

The contradictions are intensifying because the companies are competing and need to make the maximum profit, to keep their clients, their shareholders, their superior position in the market.

THE UNITED STATES / EUROPEAN UNION IMPERIALIST BLOCK IS FOSTERING FASCISM AND WAR:

Many economic, political and social situations are developing in the world today as in the Thirties in Europe. The difference is that now fascism and war is developing in Canada and in every country.

-1- the occupation, the war and the genocide by the Zionist State of Israel against the Palestinian People

-2- the fascist regime in Kiev, supported by the U.S. and the European Union (the fascists are bombing the Russophone population of Ukraine with artillery, jets and tanks);

-3- the new Jihadist Armies, supported by the U.S., which are trying to dominate Syria and Iraq (the U.S. wants to fool people by saying that they are opposed to the Jihadist Armies, but we are used to the U.S. dirty tricks);

-4- AFRICOM - the French and NATO troops are creating a military power against the development of China in Africa;

-5- Japan is now deploying its Navy and Air Force against China, in support of the United States/European Union Imperialist Block and its fascist military alliance, NATO;

-6-The U.S. war exercises in the Philippines;

The 2014 world situation resembles the 1930's : (1) crisis, (2) fascism and (3) war.

This is added to the other characteristics of capitalism :

(1) extreme exploitation of workers by capitalists;

(2) extreme economic, political and social oppression of the peoples by capitalist States;

(3) extreme plunder of the natural resources of the countries by mining, lumber, local and foreign monopolies.

These situations involve heavily Canada and the other imperialist powers of the United States/European Union Imperialist Block and its fascist military alliance, NATO.

This imperialist block, lead by the U.S., is preparing for wars of intimidation.

It tries to intimidate Russia, China and other countries, the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) and other countries which want to develop outside U.S. domination. The constant attacks and threats by the U.S. are developing military and economic unity between Russia and China. The Ukrainian fascist war lead to a new economic alliance between Russia and China, which will develop these 2 countries and isolate the European countries. Germany is not happy with the sanctions against Russia imposed by the U.S. because they are loosing vital trade with Russia and China. The U.S. are becoming more and more isolated, and they are becoming more desperate. They want to weaken Russia and China before it is too late for U.S. imperialism.

Therefore, there are now 2 imperialist blocks.

But there are important differences between these 2 imperialist blocks:

-1-the United States/European Union Imperialist Block and its fascist military alliance, NATO are violating International Law, are supporting fascist, jihadist and Zionist forces, are guilty of (1) Crimes against peace; (2) Crimes of War; and (3) Crimes against mankind (genocide, massacres in Africa, in Colombia, in the Philippines, etc.).

This bloc is developing fascism and war;

-2-the new imperialist bloc (Russia, China and allies) are developing good neighbour relationships, its respects International Law, develops honest trade practices.

What is the situation?

I visited Bangladesh (one year and a half ago, lived for 1 month with one of the Communist Parties, and visited the sweatshops were children, women and men work 10 to 14 hours, 6 to 7 days a weak for 20 to 30,00$ a month.

I also visited the Philippines, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, Colombia.

In all those countries, I could see that the capitalist system exists through extreme exploitation, oppression and plunder.

In Bangladesh, I met one of the comrades, a trade union leader: during the 2003 strike by sweatshops, the police had tortured him, broken his arm, his ribs, his toes with riffle butts and killed workers. This is the law of offer and demand, which looks so democratic when you do not know what the police or the army do to people who protest.

As Lenin said, in great imperialist countries of Europe, in Canada, the financial oligarchy give better salaries to ensure social peace while they plunder countries violently and savagely and support the local open and capitalist dictatorships.

In Canada, the leaders of the 3 main political parties in the Parliament of Canada, Harper, Trudeau and Mulcair are supporting what I call a "fascism of a new type".

At the Nuremberg trials, Nazi officers were hanged for 3 types of crimes : (1) Crimes against peace; (2) Crimes of war; and (3) Crimes against mankind (genocide, etc.). Noam Chomsky said that if we judged the U.S. presidents since 1945 with the standards used at the Nuremberg trials, they would all be hanged.

One must notice that, at the Nuremberg trials, the capitalists who supported Hitler and the Nazi party to develop German imperialism were not brought to justice, except members of the Krupp family (makers of war industries, etc.), who were exonerated.

Immediately after the war, German capitalists joined with the capitalists of other countries and they were ready to do business together. Churchill launched the "Cold War" and declared that the USSR was a terrible danger, and the imperialist power broke ties with Soviet Union and formed a new alliance of countries.

The "Cold War" was a 3rd World War: the clash was not direct between U.S./Europe and the Soviet Union - It was indirect : the terrible civil war in Greece, the Vietnam War (6 million civilian victims in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia), the wars in ex-Portuguese colonies (Angola, Moçambique, Guiné-Bissau, Cabo Verde), etc.

At the same time, it was the beginning of the European Union, created by the U.S. to dominate the countries of Europe. First, it was the Marshall plan, the U.S. pressures, the political and C.I.A. support. Today the European Parliament passed thousands of pages of legislation to paralyze, to block each one of the European Parliaments so that only the European Parliament can rule over the countries of Europe.

Now let's go back to Canada. During the fascist-Nazi period, people like Harper, Trudeau and Mulcair were called "Quislings", in reference with Vidkun Quisling, supporter of Hitler in the Norwegian Parliament. What was the Third Reich and the powers of the Axis (Germany, Italy and Japan) is now the U.S./European Union Imperialist Block and its fascist military alliance, NATO. Like Quisling, Harper, Trudeau and Mulcair have accepted the domination by the financial oligarchy of the countries of this block, against a possible Russia-China and other countries imperialist block. The difference is that Russia and China, although they are imperialist, respect International Law and do honest capitalist trade without war, invasions, fascist coups d'état. They are "bourgeois democracies" and not fascist countries like those of the Nato alliance (Canada, the U.S., France, etc.). It is possible that the extreme violence, stupidity and crimes perpetrated by the U.S. financial oligarchy may break the alliance between the U.S. and the countries of Europe. Europe is loosing the trade with Russia, China and the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa).

We are in a new fascist period, a fascism of a new type.

You don't need a fascist party, a fascist leader, a fascist massive repression:

everyone agrees with this state of things, as long as they have some work:

- the media are totally controlled;

- the ideology is totally controlled by the education system, the media, the main publishing houses, the arts, etc.

- the political parties are totally controlled.

As a result, Canada is a totally controlled country, a totalitarian country.

ECONOMY:

Like Germany was desperate after the imposition of the Versailles Treaty by the imperialist winners of the 1st World War, the U.S. capitalists are desperate. They need to plunder other countries through wars of invasion, occupation and plunder, because they transferred all their capital to China and other countries to make more profit for themselves, leaving millions of people jobless in North America. The financial oligarchies of countries only want profits: they do not care about their own working class and people.

THE ARMED FORCES - MILITARIZATION AND WAR PREPARATIONS TO INTIMIDATE THE ECONOMIC RIVALS (WHILE HOPING THAT RUSSIA AND CHINA WILL ACCEPT U.S. DICTATES, U.S. TOTAL DOMINATION AND WILL NOT DECLARE WAR):

The U.S./European Union Imperialist Block and its fascist military alliance, NATO, are desperate. In 1999, Canada, as a NATO member, bombed hospitals, railroad, water, electricity and telecommunications installations in Yugoslavia. I remember Prime Minister Mulroney cheering because Croatia wanted to separate from Yugoslavia (Mulroney's wife is a Yougoslav and knows that the Balkans are a powder keg).

THE URGENT NECESSITY OF A UNITED FRONT AGAINST FASCISM AND WAR:

The progressive forces and the communist forces must unite to develop a strong United Front against Fascism and War.

The United Front was a tactic adopted in 1935 at the 7th Congress of the Communist International, to divide imperialist countries in 2: (1) those who supported fascism-Nazism; and (2) those who were threatened by fascism-Nazism and by the German, Italian and Japanese imperialist block. It worked to defeat fascism-Nazism. Imperialism breeds fascism and war. We must now fight against the U.S./European Union Imperialist Block.
