Over 360 anti-imperialist activists
expected in Hong Kong

The 6th International General Assembly of the International League of Peoples' Struggle (ILPS) is fast approaching and all ILPS member organizations are requested to attend.

Over 360 anti-imperialist activists from the League along with allies, special guests and observers are expected in Hong Kong, June 23-26, 2019.

Along with action-oriented workshops organized by the 18 Commissions of the ILPS, special forums will be held on Socialism, Korea, Palestine, Venezuela, the Philippines and other relevant topics.

This Sixth Assembly comes at a crucial moment in the global anti-imperialist struggle.

Imperialist forces led by the U.S. are on the offensive and environmental destruction, attacks against working people, regional wars and regime change actions are underway. Repression and attacks have been stepped up against human rights defenders, environmental activists, journalists and those struggling for progressive change.

BUILDING A POWERFUL ANTI-IMPERIALIST UNITED FRONT

We need to unite our forces to push back against imperialism and organize the counter-offensive. Various struggles are underway globally and it is our duty to bring them together into a powerful progressive anti-imperialist united front.

  • The people of Venezuela are defending their country against a U.S.-led coup attempt;
  • The people of Korea are struggling for peace with justice and the reunification of their divided country;
  • The people of Palestine continue to march for justice and the right to return to their stolen homeland;
  • The people of Kurdistan are defending their hard won gains and demanding the release of political prisoners;
  • The people of the Philippines, India and elsewhere are waging armed struggles for national democracy and socialism against reactionary and neo-fascist regimes propped up by imperialism;
  • Workers in dozens of countries and territories including the U.S.A., South Africa, France, India, Argentina and hundreds of thousands of women in Spain, are striking and marching to demand higher pay, better social services and decent working conditions;
  • Indigenous peoples around the globe are on the front lines opposing environmental destruction and the theft of their land by mining companies and other resource giants.
The world is alight with people seeking an end to exploitation and oppression, and fighting for justice, liberation and socialism.

We have done well building the ILPS since it was founded in 2001. The ILPS has recently expanded its ranks in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and West Asia. Now it is time to build upon this solid base and take our organizing to another level.

{PAJU1} To the Center for Israel and Jewish Affairs and the B'nai Brith of Canada: Netanyahu says Israel is a state 'only of the Jewish people . . . not of all its citizens’

Montreal, March 11th, 2019

To the CIJA Canada and B’nai Brith Canada,

What do you have to say about Netanyahu’s statement of Israel as an exclusively Jewish state? Do you agree with it? I expect your organizations to roundly denounce his statement. This is the admission by Netanyahu that Israel is an apartheid state. You are either against apartheid or you are explicitly or implicitly in favour of it. Qui tacit complicit.

Be advised that this email to you will be forwarded to multiple sources. I expect an answer from your organizations.

Netanyahu says Israel is a state 'only of the Jewish people . . . not of all its citizens’

JERUSALEM

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

PUBLISHED 1 DAY AGOUPDATED MARCH 10, 2019

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel is the homeland “only of the Jewish people,” in a new jab at the country’s Arab minority ahead of April’s election.

Netanyahu on Sunday addressed “slightly confused people” after an Israeli celebrity defended the rights of Israel’s Arab population. Arabs comprise about 20 per cent of Israel’s 9 million residents. They have full citizenship rights but have faced decades of discrimination.

On Saturday, actress Rotem Sela denounced Netanyahu’s frequent talking point that his political rival will form a government with Arab political parties.

“When the hell will someone in this government tell the public that Israel is a country of all its citizens,” Sela wrote on Instagram.

Netanyahu responded: Israel “is the national state, not of all its citizens, but only of the Jewish people.”

Glenn Greenwald: Chelsea Manning’s Refusal to Testify Against WikiLeaks Will Help Save Press Freedom

Chelsea Manning has been sent back to jail after refusing to answer questions before a grand jury investigating WikiLeaks and its founder Julian Assange. Manning, a U.S. Army whistleblower, had been subpoenaed by federal prosecutors in Virginia’s Eastern District to appear for questioning about her 2010 leak to WikiLeaks of hundreds of thousands of State Department and Pentagon documents about the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. We speak with Glenn Greenwald, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and one of the founding editors of The Intercept.

Transcript

This is a rush transcript. Copy may not be in its final form.

AMY GOODMAN: Music by Mangueira, Brazil’s most famous samba school. Last week, Mangueira won Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, getting a perfect score from judges for its float honoring Rio Councilwoman Marielle Franco, who was assassinated almost a year ago. This is Democracy Now!, democracynow.org, The War and Peace Report. I’m Amy Goodman.

U.S. Army whistleblower Chelsea Manning has been sent back to jail after refusing to answer questions before a grand jury investigating WikiLeaks and its founder, Julian Assange. Manning had been subpoenaed by federal prosecutors in Virginia’s Eastern District to appear for questioning about her 2010 leak to WikiLeaks of hundreds of thousands of State Department and Pentagon documents about the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

To talk more about the jailing of Manning, as well as other issues, including what’s happening in Venezuela, we turn right now to Glenn Greenwald, speaking to us from Brazil. He’s a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, one of the founding editors of The Intercept.

Glenn, welcome back to Democracy Now! Talk about Chelsea Manning once again being jailed.

GLENN GREENWALD: I don’t think it’s a surprise to anybody that Chelsea Manning is extraordinarily heroic. She has demonstrated that repeatedly over the last decade in all kinds of ways. But what she’s doing here is really remarkable, because the context is that the Trump administration is trying to do what the Obama administration tried to do but ultimately concluded it couldn’t do without jeopardizing press freedoms, which is to prosecute WikiLeaks and Julian Assange for what it regards as the crime of publishing top-secret or classified documents.

And the media in the United States has spent two years screaming about the threat that Trump poses to press freedoms because he says mean things about the media on Twitter or insults Wolf Blitzer and Chuck Todd, and yet here we have what is really a grave threat to press freedom: the attempt to make it a felony to publish classified material—which is what WikiLeaks did. Even the anti-press freedom Obama administration said this was a bridge too far for us.

And while most reporters are mute on this scandal, on this controversy, and while a lot of Democrats are supportive of it, because they still hate WikiLeaks so much from the 2016 election that they’re happy to see Julian Assange go to jail, even if it means standing behind the Trump administration, Chelsea Manning is not just opposing it, she’s opposing it to the point where she refuses to participate in it, even if it means, as it now does, that she’s going to be jailed for being in contempt of court for refusing to comply with a subpoena. We all owe our immense gratitude to Chelsea Manning for everything she’s done over the last decade, but even more so now.

AMY GOODMAN: I’d like to go back to 2017, when Mike Pompeo talked about Chelsea Manning in his first address as CIA director in April of last year [sic].

MIKE POMPEO : WikiLeaks walks like a hostile intelligence service and talks like a hostile intelligence service and has encouraged its followers to find jobs at the CIA in order to obtain …

AMY GOODMAN: So, that was Pompeo when he was head of the CIA. Now, of course, he is secretary of state. Can you respond to what he has said, Glenn Greenwald?

GLENN GREENWALD: This is the part I find so amazing. Do Democrats not realize the irony here of cheering for the most reactionary, right-wing forces in the Trump administration, who are the ones trying to imprison Julian Assange and WikiLeaks in order to criminalize journalism—namely, Mike Pompeo—and the person who actually first vowed to put WikiLeaks and Assange behind bars, which was then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who has since left the Trump administration?

The Obama administration tried to create theories to say that WikiLeaks did more than just passively receive documents from Chelsea Manning and then publish them, because they knew they had to do that in order to prosecute WikiLeaks; otherwise, how do you justify prosecuting WikiLeaks for publishing classified documents, without also prosecuting The New York Times and The Guardian? The Justice Department, under Obama, searched high and low for evidence that WikiLeaks participated in Chelsea Manning’s taking of those documents. They found no evidence. She testified under oath that she acted alone, that they played no role whatsoever in her decision to do that.

And now, suddenly, seven years later, Mike Pompeo claims that they have evidence or that they believe that WikiLeaks told her to do it, and therefore they intend to prosecute WikiLeaks. And unfortunately, between the Republicans, who have long hated WikiLeaks for exposing the war crimes of the Bush administration, and Democrats, who now hate WikiLeaks because they published documents that were harmful to or reflected poorly on Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party, very few people are willing to stand up to this very serious attack on press freedom. And thankfully, Chelsea Manning is one of those people.

AMY GOODMAN: I want to turn to John Bolton speaking about Chelsea Manning in the 2012 BBC film Wikileaks: The Secret Life of a Superpower. He was interviewed by Richard Bilton.

RICHARD BILTON: What do you think of Bradley Manning?

JOHN BOLTON: I think he committed treason. I think he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

RICHARD BILTON: What does that mean?

JOHN BOLTON : Well, treason is the only crime defined by our Constitution, and it says treason shall consist only of levying war against the United States or adhering to their enemies, giv…

RICHARD BILTON: So what should happen to him?

JOHN BOLTON: Well, he should be prosecuted. And if he’s found guilty, he should be punished to the fullest extent possible.

RICHARD BILTON: And what is that?

JOHN BOLTON: Death.

RICHARD BILTON: You think he should be killed.

JOHN BOLTON: Yes.

AMY GOODMAN: “You think you should be killed.” “Yes,” responded John Bolton, now the national security adviser. Of course, Bradley Manning became Chelsea Manning. She announced her transition the day she was sentenced. Glenn Greenwald?

GLENN GREENWALD: These are the sentiments that are driving the current attempt to prosecute WikiLeaks and Assange. And those are the monsters who are responsible for it.

So, I would hope that however angry someone might be at Julian Assange or WikiLeaks for whatever they think they did as part of the 2016 election to undermine Hillary Clinton by publishing truthful documents that showed the corruption of the DNC, however angry one might be at WikiLeaks for having done that, one can separate those emotions and understand that what the Trump administration has nothing to do with the 2016 election. The criminal proceedings that have led to Chelsea Manning’s jailing for the second time in the last decade are all about documents that were published, not in 2016, but in 2011 and 2012.

And it’s being done by people, like John Bolton, who believe that if you publish top-secret documents that report on the misdeeds and criminal acts of the U.S. government, you’re not only a criminal, but a traitor who deserves to be killed. You just heard that with your own ears. And so, anyone supporting the Trump administration’s efforts to put Julian Assange in prison because you’re angry about what he did in the 2016 election, you’re aligning yourself with and you’re empowering those warped, sociopathic sentiments that you just heard come out of John Bolton’s mouth.

Introduction :

-1-exploitation des travailleurs par les patrons et par les monopoles nationaux et internationaux;

-2-oppression des peuples par l'État capitaliste (machine des classes dominantes contre les classes dominées pour maintenir leur domination);

-3-pillage des ressources naturelles des pays, qui appartiennent aux peuples de ces pays, par les monopoles capitalistes nationaux et internationaux;

-4-crises économiques, écologiques, alimentaires, humanitaires, etc. de plus en plus graves;

-5-montée du fascisme dans tous les pays, les bourgeoisies nationales et internationale ayant abandonné la soi-disant "démocratie bourgeoise" ou la "social-démocratie" pour survivre dans la compétition économique, politique, militaire de plus en plus violente;

-Iran – Menacée par l’impérialisme étasunien;

-France -Mouvement des gilets jaunes en France;

-Colombie - Gouvernement de Ivan Duque, dirigé par Uribe, dirigeant paramilitaire fasciste de la Colombie;

-que les modes de production antérieurs (sociétés primitives sans classe, mode esclavage antique, féodalisme) ont toujours été remplacés par des modes de production plus avancés;

- que le capitalisme (dictature de la bourgeoisie) est arrivé à son stade suprême, l'impérialisme, période intense d'exploitation, d'oppression, de pillage, de crises, de fascisme et de guerre;

-que le capitalisme-impérialisme est en train d'être renversé par les classes laborieuses (les travailleuses et les travailleurs) et par les peuples;

-que la révolution prolétarienne, socialiste a commencé à partir de la Révolution bourgeoise française de 1789, s'est manifestée clairement en France à la Commune de Paris (1871) et, quelques années plus tard dans l'Empire tsariste de Russie àc la Révolution d'Octobre (1917);

-que les classes laborieuses et les peuples sont en train de mener la lutte finale, la révolution prolétarienne socialiste, qui instaurera le mode de production socialiste (dictature du prolétariat);

-que le socialisme éliminera les contradictions de classe (travail manuel versus travail intellectuel, campagne versus villes, etc.) qui survivront pendant quelque temps sous le socialisme et qui disparaitront;

-que l'État est la machine de domination des classes dominantes sur les classes dominées pour maintenir leur domination;

In the 1970s, Senator Frank Church led the charge to end the CIA practice of assassinating foreign leaders. In 1981, President Ronald Reagan prohibited assassinations by executive order. But they came back after 9/11, using a different weapon: drones. Donald Trump has now ordered the CIA to stop reporting on civilian casualties of its drone strikes, and Rick Sanchez explains why this is a terrible idea.

Antonio Artuso - Communist Reconstruction Canada - March 10, 2019:

INTRODUCTION:

Our goal is to give the readers the basic elements to understand history, To understand

SHORT CHRONOLOGY:

In 1945, the Allied powers, the Soviet Union (USSR) and the capitalist powers that had not adopted the fascist regime, such as the U.S., England and other capitalist powers, defeated the Axis, the alliance of 3 fascist powers (Germany, Italy and Japan) and ended the Second World War.

Millions of people throughout the world supported the Soviet Union and the Communist Parties, that had liberated a great number of countries from the fascist and the nazi troops.  Although it waged has suffered the loss of 27 million citizen and massive destruction during the Second War against fascism, the Soviet Union had become the Second world power after the United States in all sectors (economic, political, social, military, technological, scientific and cultural).  In many countries, China, Korea, Indochina, the Philippines communist revolutionary armies, after defeating the fascist capitalist forces, continued their struggle against the capitalist forces to build socialism.

The capitalist powers were very much aware of the danger that socialism represent for the capitalist predatory system.  The peoples of the world were fighting for national liberation and for socialism.

In 1946, in a speech in Fulton, Churchill launched the “Cold War” by calling the capitalist power belonging to the Allies to break their alliance with the Soviet Union and to fight socialism throughout the world.

In 1947, the United States government created the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.)

In 1949, the United States governments creates the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), a military alliance of countries against the Soviet Union, the new socialist countries and the people’s revolutionary and progressive movements.

The “Cold War” against the Soviet Union, the new People’s Democracies and the working class and the peoples fighting for socialism, democracy, progress, peace and social justice:

-1950-1953-The US starts the Korea War against the revolutionary forces led by communist leader Kim Il Sung, to liberate the country from the US backed dictatorship of Syngman Rhee (South Korean politician, the first and the last Head of State of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, and President of South Korea from 1948 to 1960.  The war, which lasted 3 years, killed more than 4 million Korean citizens and destroyed the country.

-1953 - Coup d'état by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) against Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh, who had nationalized the Iranian oil industry.  The U.S. installed a brutal dictatorial regime, the monarchy of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, which lasted from 1953 to1975, and imprisoned, tortured and killed thousands of progressive and revolutionary persons;

-1954 - Coup d'état by the C.I.A. against President Jacobo Árbenz of Guatemala - a covert operation carried out by the CIA, under President Dwight Eisenhower, that deposed the democratically elected Guatemalan President Jacobo Árbenz and ended the Guatemalan Revolution of 1944–1954, and installed a series of bloody dictatorial regimes, including that of Ephram Rios Montt;

The U.S. capitalist class and its State organized an assassination program to organize, through the CIA, different mafias, polices, armies and intelligence services the killing of progressive politicians and Presidents of foreign countries:

-1960 - The victory of the Cuban revolution was the beginning of decades of embargo, sabotage, assassinations, and of a series of attempts, by the C.I.A. and the counter-revolutionaries to assassinate Fidel Castro.

-1961, arrest, torture and assassination of President Patrice Lumumba, who had obtained the independence of Congo (a very rich country in precious metals).  Lumumba was assassinated under President Eisenhower administration.  Lumumba was replaced by criminal dictator Mobutu, a US puppet.  For 126 years, the US and Belgium have played key roles in shaping Congo's destiny. In April 1884, seven months before the Berlin Congress, the US became the first country in the world to recognise the claims of King Leopold II of the Belgians to the territories of the Congo Basin.

-1961-Assassination of Rafael Trujillo, President of the Dominical Republic.

[Wikipedia] - Trujillo entered the Dominican army in 1918 and was trained by U.S. Marines during the U.S. occupation (1916–24) of the country. He rose from lieutenant to commanding colonel of the national police between 1919 and 1925, becoming a general in 1927. Trujillo seized power in the military revolt against Pres. Horacio Vásquez in 1930. From that time until his assassination 31 years later, Trujillo remained in absolute control of the Dominican Republic through his command of the army, by placing family members in office, and by having many of his political opponents murdered. He served officially as president from 1930 to 1938 and again from 1942 to 1952, with the support of the U.S.  But after an assassination attempt sponsored by Trujillo against the president of Venezuela, Romulo Betancourt, the US closed its embassy and withdrew its ambassador.  President Eisenhower had already approved a plan to overthrow Trujillo, but the new Kennedy administration withdrew formal support for the attempt on Trujillo's life at the last minute.  The failed invasion of Cuba at the Bay of Pigs had taken place the previous month, and President Kennedy was worried that a power vacuum in nearby Dominican Republic could allow another Castro to take power there.  "The Cold War had moved to the Caribbean," says Bernardo Vega, Dominican historian and former ambassador to Washington.

-1963 - President Ngo Dinh Diem of South VietnamCoup and assassination

[Wikipedia] (…) As the Buddhist crisis deepened in July 1963, non-communist Vietnamese nationalists and the military began preparations for a coup. Bùi Diễm, later South Vietnam's Ambassador to the United States, reported in his memoirs that General Lê Văn Kim requested his aid in learning what the United States might do about Diệm's government.[124] Diễm had contacts in both the embassy and with the high-profile American journalists then in South Vietnam, David Halberstam (New York Times), Neil Sheehan (United Press International), and Malcolm Browne (Associated Press).[125]

The coup d'état was designed by a military revolutionary council including ARVN generals led by General Dương Văn Minh. Lucien Conein, a CIA operative, had become a liaison between the US Embassy and the generals, who were led by Trần Văn Đôn. They met each other for the first time on 2 October 1963 at Tân Sơn Nhất airport. Three days later, Conein met with General Dương Văn Minh to discuss the coup and the stance of the US towards it.[126] Conein then delivered the White House's message of American non-intervention, which was reiterated by Henry Cabot Lodge Jr., the US ambassador, who gave secret assurances to the generals that the United States would not interfere.[127]

The coup was chiefly planned by the Vietnamese generals.[126] Unlike the coup in 1960, the plotters of the 1963 coup knew how to gain broad support from other ARVN officer corps. They obtained the support of General Tôn Thất Định, General Đỗ Cao Trí, General Nguyễn Khánh, and the I Corps and II Corps Commanders. Only General Huỳnh Văn Cao of IV Corps remained loyal to Diệm.[128]

On 1 November 1963, Minh and his co-conspirators overthrew the government in a swift coup. With only the palace guard remaining to defend Diệm and his younger brother Nhu, the generals called the palace offering Diệm exile if he surrendered. That evening, however, Diệm and his entourage escaped via an underground passage to Cha Tam Catholic Church in Cholon, where they were captured the following morning, 2 November. The brothers were assassinated together in the back of an M113 armoured personnel carrier with a bayonet and revolver by Captain Nguyễn Văn Nhung, under orders from Minh given while en route to the Vietnamese Joint General Staff headquarters.[129] Diệm was buried in an unmarked grave in a cemetery next to the house of the US Ambassador.

-1964 – Military coup d’État in Brazil against constitutionally elected President João Goulard

The Brazilian military in alliance with the U.S. government, and the tacit support of the so-called "capitalist democracies" (Canada, countries of Europe, etc.) organize a coup d'État (today called "Regime Change") for the U.S. and the Brazilian ruling classes.  Tbe military dictatorship lasted 21 years (abolition of the freedom of press, of association, of speech and reunion, etc., the imprisonment, the tordutre and the death of thousands of Brazilians.  The coup d’État in Brazil happened four years after the Cuban Revolution to stop the stop any possibility of socialism or communism in Latin America.

The Brazilian coup d'État and military dictatorship was the beginning of a wave of similar fascist coup d'État and military dictatorships in Latin America;

-1970-Assassination of General René Schneider Chereau, commander-in-chief of the Chilean Army at the time of the 1970 election of President Salvador Allende of the Unidad Popular (1970-1973).

In 1970, a group of Chilian right-wing military wanted to prevent Salvador Allende's inauguration by means of a coup d'état.  General Schneider, who wanted the respect of the constitution, expressed his firm opposition to the plot.

[Wikipedia] - After the 1970 Chilean presidential election, a plot to kidnap Schneider was developed. "Neutralizing" Schneider became a key prerequisite for a military coup; he opposed any intervention by the armed forces to block Allende's constitutional election. The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), who considered Schneider "a major stumbling block for military officers seeking to carry out a coup," supplied a group of Chilean officers led by General Camilo Valenzuela with "sterile" weapons for the operation which was to be blamed on Allende supporters.[2][3]

First and second attempts

On October 16, 1970, based on an anonymous tip on Schneider's whereabouts, the first group attempted to kidnap him from his home. The tip turned out to be false as he had been on vacation since two days earlier and didn't return till the next day.

On the evening of October 19, 1970, a second group of coup-plotters loyal to General Roberto Viaux, equipped with tear gas grenades attempted to grab Schneider as he left an official dinner. The attempt failed because he left in a private car and not the expected official vehicle. The failure produced an extremely significant cable from CIA headquarters in Washington to the local station, asking for urgent action because "Headquarters must respond during morning 20 October to queries from high levels." Payments of $50,000 each to Viaux and his chief associate were then authorised on the condition that they made another attempt.[4]

Final attempt

On October 22, 1970, the coup-plotters again attempted to kidnap Schneider. His official car was ambushed at a street intersection in the capital city of Santiago. Schneider drew a gun to defend himself, and was shot point-blank several times. According to a report by the Chilean military police, "five individuals, one of who, making use of a blunt instrument similar to a sledgehammer, broke the rear window and then fired at General Schneider, striking him in the region of the spleen, in the left shoulder, and in the left wrist."[4] He was rushed to a military hospital, but the wounds proved fatal and he died three days later, on October 25.

The attempt to kidnap him was because Schneider was the army Commander-in-Chief and considered a constitutionalist, which in practical terms meant that he would not support a coup. This incident and his death provoked national outrage, and caused the citizens and the military to rally behind the just-elected Allende, who was ratified by the Chilean Congress on October 24. It also helped to ensure an orderly transfer of power to Allende.

Military courts in Chile found that Schneider's death was caused by two military groups, one led by Viaux and the other by General Camilo Valenzuela. Viaux and Valenzuela were eventually convicted of charges of conspiring to cause a coup,[5] and Viaux also was convicted of kidnapping. The lawsuit asserted that the CIA had aided both groups, but the charges were never satisfactorily proven, with the expectation of tens of thousands of dollars and also machine guns given to them by the CIA. Peter Kornbluh, director of the National Security Archive's Chile Documentation Project, asserts that CIA documents show "Viaux was not acting independently or unilaterally, but clearly as a co-conspirator with Valenzuela..."[6]

On October 26, 1970, President Eduardo Frei Montalva named General Carlos Prats as Commander-in-Chief to replace Schneider. This happened at the same time that $35,000 was given by the CIA to the kidnappers "to keep the prior contact secret, maintain the goodwill of the group, and for humanitarian reasons."[3][7]

-1973- The assassination of President Salvador Allende of Chile.  On September 11, 1973, after 3 years of destabilization by the U.S. government, the C.I.A., a commercial blocade, the opening of mines in Zambia to lower the price of copper (main production of Chile), puppet general Pinochet, launched the US organized military coup d’État and installed a dictatorship that lasted 17 years, with thousands of victims of torture, assassinations, massacres, etc.

In the 1970s, Senator Frank Church of Idaho led the charge to end the CIA practice of assassinating foreign leaders.  He lead the Church Committee, which issued a report.

President Gerald Ford did not want the report to be published.

1975 -Coup d'État and military dictatorship in Argentina

Operations of the Triple A (Alianza Anticomunista Argentina) with torture centers.

-1975 - Foundation of the Condor Operation, Plan or Network as an organization of a network of police, military and intelligence services in Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay to imprison, torture and kill leaders of progressive political parties, trade unions, democratic organizations throughout Latin America.

1981 - President Ronald Reagan signs  the Executive Order 12333 to ban assassinations of foreign presidents and political leaders.

1990 - The Gladio Operation by NATO - At the Italian Parliament, Giulio Andreotti reveals the existence of the Gladio Operation, a network working with the CIA to prevent the invasion of Europe by communists and by the Soviet Union.

2001- September 11, 2001 - Millions of U.S. citizens that destroys (1) towers in New York, (2) part of the Pentagon and (3) supposedly a plane in Pennsylvania, was a false flag operation, an inside job organized by a secret group U.S. members (1)of the government, (2)of the military and (3) of the media in order :

-1-to abolish the constitutional rights of the U.S. citizens and to organize an open dictatorship of the capitalist-imperialist class in the U.S..  (1) The Patriot Act, (2) The National Defense Authorization Act, etc.

-2-to launch a series of wars of domination and plunder of oil and other resources.  The plan had been prepared for many years and was ready to be applied against Iraq and the subsequent countries.

September 11, 2001 was the excuse to re-established the assassination program:

-1-President George W. Bush used it;

-2-President Obama expanded it;

-3-President Donald Trump has now ordered the CIA to stop reporting on civilian casualties of its drone strikes.  The Trump administration has recovered the licence to kill, and will continue the assassination program.
